The digital pressure measuring instrument model CPG2500 is used as a source of highly accurate pressure measurements in calibration laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Not only can it be used as on-site pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, and reference instruments in laboratories, but also as pressure instruments and pressure gauges in manufacturing sites, test rooms, calibration rooms, etc., where high-level pressure accuracy confirmation is required wherever necessary. is also used.
■Function
The digital pressure measuring device CPG2500 can be configured with 1 to 3 pressure sensors. Two sensors are installed inside and a third sensor is installed outside. The pressure sensor of the digital pressure meter is separated by air pressure, so one channel can be used as a sensor that can go up to 690 bar (10,000 psi) and the other as a sensor that can go down to 25 mbar / 10inH2O. You will be able to set it.
By adding an optional atmospheric pressure sensor inside, you can display atmospheric pressure or use it as a gauge or absolute pressure gauge. The pressure range for each channel can be specified by the customer. Digital pressure measuring instruments with built-in pressure sensors can be used not only as high-quality sensors but also as standard instruments. Mensah's high-precision pressure sensors CPR2510, CPT6100, and CPT6180 can be used as reference pressure sensors for external installation.
■Advantages of Intelliscale and removable sensors
According to Intelliscale specifications, each sensor is configured so that the accuracy of the measurement range in the low pressure area is related to a fixed error, and the error in the high pressure area is based on the measured value. It is possible to set three sensors, but if the setting ranges of each reading part are close to each other, inaccurate readings may occur over a wide range. In addition, each reference pressure sensor is removable and interchangeable, minimizing downtime due to external recalibrations or range changes.
