■Description
The wire rope load cell with integrated amplifier is designed for measuring ranges up to 30 t and wire rope diameters from 8 to 44 mm. Explosion-proof certified. If you are retrofitting an existing hoist or crane system with overload protection, this load cell is the perfect choice. Therefore, no mechanical design changes or static calculations are required.
The feature of this wire rope load cell is to monitor the rope load soundly and accurately. The measurements are taken with a fixed rope, so a fixed rope specification is required. For this purpose, the load cell is fixed to the rope in a few simple steps after installation is complete. Overload electronic equipment as a system solution is also available.
