■Product description
Twist lock sensors are used to weigh spreaders and weigh containers before loading. For this purpose, the non-measuring twistlock on the spreader is replaced by a measuring twistlock. The Model F9205 Twist Lock Sensor can be attached to almost any conventional twist lock and becomes a load cell to measure tensile force and directly measure the weight on the spreader.
Unlike the complete TWLMS twist lock system, the model F9205 twist lock sensor can also be sold without the twist lock. Basically, the customer is responsible for installing this sensor.
Twist lock sensors are made from high-strength, corrosion-resistant 1.4542 stainless steel, properties that make them ideal for transducer applications. Current outputs (4 ... 20 mA) and digital outputs of CANopen® and CAN SAEJ1939 are selectable as output signals.
