■Product description
A twist-lock sensor system is used to weigh the spreader. This is used to weigh the container before loading and to measure the weight distribution of the container. The non-measuring twist lock on the spreader is replaced by a twist lock sensor system (TWLMS). The system consists of a model F9205 twist-lock sensor that is factory-installed into a twist-lock that is pre-drilled and prepared by the customer, with adjustment and temperature compensation performed.
The system's twist-lock sensor is constructed from high-strength, corrosion-resistant 1.4542 stainless steel, properties that make it ideal for transducer applications. Current outputs (4 ... 20 mA) and digital outputs of CANopen® and CAN SAEJ1939 are selectable as output signals.
