About This Product

■Product overview

Tensile load transducers are manufactured from high-strength, fine-grain steel or stainless steel according to specific customer requirements and are provided with high-quality surface protection. The measuring body has been designed using the latest FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis method, which enables the desired precise measurements with tensile load transducers during application. The recording of tensile or compressive forces utilizes the latest thin-film technology, which is miniaturized and positioned precisely within the force flux, resulting in highly accurate measurement results. The integration of a redundant measurement system in the smallest possible space allows for easy upgrade to two-channel sensor technology and meets safety requirements, e.g. in compliance with EN13849, without changing the external geometry of the tensile force transducer. can be met. Our new built-in amplifier series is custom-built for each customer to meet their safety requirements from PL-C to PL-E, and with a robust EMC design provides maximum limits well beyond 200V/m. The signal strength is met. Other shapes, load ratings and electrical outputs can be realized upon request.
