■Product description
Tension/compression force transducers are used where measurements are taken directly on the force lines. Therefore, the actual tension in the cable or rod can be measured. In this model, loads are applied through threaded pins on each side of the cylinder. The robust construction made from stainless steel allows it to be used in even the harshest industrial environments. The tension/compression force transducer is protected from water splashes and functions reliably even under harsh conditions of use.
■Note
To avoid overloading, the force transducer must be electrically connected and the measured values monitored during installation. The forces to be measured should be applied concentrically and without lateral forces.
