■Product description
Ring load cells are suitable for static measurement tasks. They are useful for measuring compressive loads in various fields. This load cell with miniature design is especially designed for small dimensions and developed for measuring compressive forces and preloads. Due to its compact size, this load cell can be used in a wide range of industrial and laboratory installations. Areas of application include simple measurements of compressive loads or where a compact ring shape is required.
■Note
To avoid overloading, it is effective to electrically connect the load cell and monitor the measured values during the assembly process. The measurement force must be measured at the center without being affected by shear force. Therefore, when installing the load cell, care must be taken that the supporting surface is flat, polished and sufficiently hard. Due to its small size, this load cell reacts very sensitively to differences and changes in the mounting position. Care must be taken when using load introduction parts to ensure sufficient material thickness to prevent deflection.
