■Product description
A ruggedly designed model, the F6154 hydraulic ring transducer enables force measurement and display in harsh environmental conditions. Measuring range 0 ... 25 kN to 0 ... 1,500 kN Applications of hydraulic pressure measurement are used in equipment production, geotechnical and specialized basic engineering, device and special machine production, and measurement and control systems. .
Connection of the indicator can optionally be made using a capillary or measuring hose. This allows you to easily read the measured values. In addition, the measuring hose allows a separate connection without measurement losses and allows the display device to be replaced without removing the force measuring part.
Hydraulic force measurement uses a combination of piston cases with various seals as the sensor unit. Acting force is the product of area and pressure. Pressure can be indicated using either a pressure gauge, a pressure sensor, or a pressure measuring device with a contactor. Display equipment can be provided in various units. (Example: N, kN, kg, t)
■Airtightness guarantee
The tightness guarantee for hydraulic measuring units has been extended to 5 years. Load cells that leak within this period will be repaired free of charge.
*Using the load measuring unit according to its intended purpose is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
