■Product Description
Model F6148 Hydraulic Ring Load Cell, geotechnical version, can handle up to 1,500kN in NS146 size. The combination cylinder and piston filled with hydraulic medium, available in steel version with surface coating or stainless steel version (optional), constitutes the anchor force measurement system. For the NS146 size, the pressure receiving surface of the piston is 146 mm2, and the rated displacement of the piston does not exceed 0.5 mm.
As an option, either mechanical or electrical types can be connected as a display unit. (Connected with capillary or adapter to avoid measurement loss). External connections can also be made. Extremely robust design in line with geotechnical requirements.
These hydraulic measuring units allow the clamping force to be measured at the anchor head and displayed directly on the display. Load measuring units are used for continuous monitoring of anchors and other bracing rods/cables. Hydraulic measuring units are used in the field of geotechnical engineering in various fields such as tunnel construction, bridge construction, slope stabilization, etc.
