■Product description
Model F6116 compact hydraulic ring force load cell allows for easy and economical load measurement and display. Measuring range 0 ... 320 N to 0 ... 120 kN This type of measuring system is independent of the power supply and therefore provides ideal operating conditions for various application areas. Hydraulic force measurement uses a combination of piston cases with various seals as the sensor unit. Acting force is the product of area and pressure.
Pressure can be indicated using either a pressure gauge, a pressure sensor, or a pressure measuring device with a contactor. Display equipment can be provided in various units. (Example: N, kN, kg, t)
■Airtightness guarantee
The tightness guarantee for hydraulic measuring units has been extended to 5 years. Load cells that leak within this period will be repaired free of charge.
*Using the load measuring unit according to its intended purpose is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
■Features
・Relative linearity error ±1.0 ... 1.6% Fnom for analog pressure gauges, ±0.5% Fnom for digital pressure gauges or pressure sensors
*If the rated load is less than 500 N, the relative linearity error of all connected measuring instruments is ±1.6%Fnom.

・5-year airtightness guarantee
*Using the load measuring unit according to its intended purpose is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
