■Product description
Rugged hydraulic compression force transducers are available with rated forces up to 400kN. The robust design makes it particularly suitable for harsh environmental conditions such as civil engineering and specialized foundation engineering. Hydraulic load measuring equipment is a simple way to read and display loads in a variety of applications. Hydraulic force measurement uses a combination of piston cases with various seals as the sensor unit.
Acting force is the product of area and pressure. Pressure can be indicated using either a pressure gauge, a pressure sensor, or a pressure measuring device with a contactor. Display equipment can be provided in various units. (Example: N, kN, kg, t)
■Airtightness guarantee
The tightness guarantee for hydraulic measuring units has been extended to 5 years. Load cells that leak within this period will be repaired free of charge.
*Using the load measuring unit according to its intended purpose is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
■Features
・Relative linearity error ±1.0...1.6% for analog pressure gauges, ±0.5% for digital pressure gauges or pressure sensors
*If the rated load is less than 500 N, the relative linearity error of all connected measuring instruments is ±1.6%Fnom.
・No power required during operation
・5-year airtightness guarantee
*Using the load measuring unit according to its intended purpose is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
