■Product description
Hydraulic load transducer model F1102 helps easily capture and display loads in applications where mounting space is limited. Transducers with plastic pistons are particularly suitable for measuring the compressive loads that occur when closing welding tongs.
Oil pressure measurement equipment is a simple way to read and display oil pressure in a variety of applications.
The measurement uses hydraulic principles. Hydraulic pressure acting on the piston causes an increase in pressure, which is visualized on a connected indicator. Display equipment can be provided in various units. (Example: N, kN, kg, t)
■Airtightness guarantee
The tightness guarantee for hydraulic measuring units has been extended to 5 years. Load cells that leak within this period will be repaired free of charge.
*Using the load measuring unit according to its intended purpose is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
■Features
・Relative linearity error ±1.0 ... 1.6% Fnom for analog pressure gauges, ±0.5% Fnom for digital pressure gauges or pressure sensors
*If the rated load is less than 500 N, the relative linearity error of all connected measuring instruments is ±1.6%Fnom.
・No power required during operation
・5-year airtightness guarantee
*Using the load measuring unit according to its intended purpose is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
