■Product Description
The size of the compact hydraulic compression force transducer model F1135 is NS80. Capable of measuring rated loads from 2 to 480kN. The rugged construction of hydraulic compression force transducers makes them ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions. This application of hydraulic measurement is used in equipment manufacturing, device and special machine manufacturing, and measurement and control systems.
Hydraulic load cells work on the principle that the force acting on the piston is converted into hydraulic pressure according to the proportion of the surface area of the piston. Measured values are output via analog or digital connected measuring instruments. The scale of the connected pressure gauge can use various units such as N, kN, kg or even t.
■Airtightness guarantee
The tightness guarantee for hydraulic measuring units has been extended to 5 years. Load cells that leak within this period will be repaired free of charge.
*Using the load measuring unit according to its intended purpose is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
■Features
・Relative linearity error ±1.0...1.6% for analog pressure gauges, ±0.5% for digital pressure gauges or pressure sensors
*If the rated load is less than 500 N, the relative linearity error of all connected measuring instruments is ±1.6%Fnom.
