About This Product
■Product description
Monoblock is designed to meet process industry requirements, especially for natural gas and harsh fluid applications. The compact design integrates one or two shutoff valves to separate the process from the equipment side and vent valve.
Modular monoblock design allows use of ball valve or needle valve arrangements. For applications using liquid or dirty media, ball valves are recommended due to their straight internal bores that can be easily cleaned.
Seat design and redundant seals in the valve body ensure high durability and tightness. In the event of a soft seat failure, the metal-to-metal seat allows the valve to continue operating and set to a safe position. The tightness of the connections between process and measuring equipment and to the atmosphere is guaranteed.
Super-finished machining of internal parts allows for extremely smooth and precise operation, even under high pressure and after long periods without valve operation. The surface finish also minimizes corrosion from corrosive media and facilitates cleaning.
