■Features

・Extended and welded diaphragm with flange, contoured diaphragm bed ・Applicable to all standard dimensions and nominal diameters ・Special materials can be selected for all welded parts.

■Applications

・Chemical process industry ・Petrochemical industry - Suitable for corrosive, highly sticky, crystalline or high temperature pressure media ・For thick-walled or sealed tanks and pipelines

■Process connection

Flange size according to EN1092-1 is DN50, 80, 100, 125, sealing surface is formed according to ASME B16.5 B1 or NPS2", 3", 4", 5", RF125...250 AA

■Appropriate pressure range

Pressures above 25 mbar are determined by diaphragm size and connection conditions.

■Device connection

Material: Stainless steel 316L, axial butt connection or G1/2 female thread according to EN 837-1, welded to capillary

■Capillary expansion and contraction

Axial insertion capillary in stainless steel 1.45871, welded body and sheath, sheath material stainless steel 1.4301, standard extensions 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 m, minimum bending diameter 30 mm
