About This Product

■Product description

The DPG43.1x0 can be used in a variety of locations on any line where you want to check the on-site display of process pressure and at the same time detect the opening and closing of a circuit. The opening and closing contacts of the electrical control circuit of the switch contacts (electrical alarm contacts) are determined by the pointer position of the instrument. The switch contact can be adjusted within the scale range. (See DIN 16085) Contact pointers are often initially set at the bottom or top of the dial. The pointer (actual measurement pointer) is independent of the setting range and can move freely between scale ranges. The set pointer can be adjusted using a removable adjustment key located on the window. Even in the case of a switch contact consisting of several contacts, it is possible to set it with one contact. The contact will operate when the instruction pointer moves up and down the set contact. Pressure gauges are manufactured according to DN 16085. It meets the essential conditions and regulations of EN 837-3 and is indicated on the vessel. ATEX-required switch contacts, magnetic snap-action contacts, reed switches, inductive contacts as well as PLC trigger electrical contacts are available.

・Measurement range of differential pressure gauge can be selected from 0...16mbar ・High overpressure safety structure that can be used even at high working pressures (static pressure) and can withstand up to 40 bar ・By filling the case with oil, it can be used even under high dynamic pressure loads and vibrations. ・Gauges and inductive switches are ATEX certified products and can be used in hazardous locations. ・Gauges and electronic contacts are used in PLC applications
