■Product description
The robust model PGS25 switch gauge consists of a Bourdon tube pressure gauge and a pressure switch. In addition to analog display confirmation of process pressure, which is common on-site, we can propose this when two types of electrical signal switches are required. The switch contacts are set at the factory between 5 and 95% of the scale range.
The Bourdon tube measurement method is based on EN837-1 and is manufactured so that the rotation of the pointer is proportional to the pressure. An electrical angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer axis. Since this is a non-contact sensor, there is no need to worry about wear or friction. It is then supplied as a pressure proportional coefficient signal. The electrical circuit opens and closes when the set switch contact is reached.
This switch gauge can be actively used for process control and level monitoring of gas cylinders and hydraulic circuits. This switch gauge has a scale range of 0...1.6bar to 0...400bar, an accuracy class of 2.5, and a 1m round cable for electrical connection as standard. The stainless steel case meets the requirements of protection class IP65. Silicone oil can also be sealed inside the case to cope with amplified shocks and vibrations.
This equipment is best suited for use in harsh industrial environments. With various options (high precision type, non-standard cable length, etc.), we can propose pressure gauges with specifications that meet the various needs of our customers.
