Thanks to IO-Link 1.1, the cost-effective and reliable model PSD-4-ECO is a future-proof automation solution. Individual factory preconfigurations also allow pressure switches to be quickly and easily integrated into machines without programming effort.
■High-speed error detection with color feedback
Model PSD-4-ECO pressure switch makes it very easy to determine if your system is operating within the desired pressure range. The instrument can be parameterized so that the digital display illuminates green when the value is within a defined pressure range, and red otherwise. This allows you to identify problems early.
■Optimized for narrow installation spaces
Model PSD-4-ECO with a diameter of 29 mm is very slim. The location of the electrical output allows it to be installed using very little space. The display can be rotated 335° and the display can be electronically tilted 180°, so the pressure display is constantly adjusted towards the user.
■Optimized for OEM integration
The pressure switch is specially adapted to the requirements of OEM series production. For example, using 25 units reduces packaging material and makes handling easier. Customer-specific preconfiguration with WIKA or automatic parameterization via IO-Link 1.1 saves time and simplifies the integration process.
■Designed for harsh ambient conditions
Tough: Model PSD-4-ECO pressure switch is designed for medium temperatures from -40 to +125°C. Furthermore, it withstands mechanical shocks of up to 50 g and high electrical loads. This makes it a very economical and reliable solution.
