About This Product

■Explanation of differential pressure sensor

This differential pressure gauge from the ELTA-line product range is primarily used for monitoring lines with low differential pressures where there are high requirements regarding single-side pressure and static pressure. Typical markets for these products include the shipbuilding industry, process heating technology, heating equipment, ventilation and air conditioning industry, water and drainage industry, machine building and plant construction. These are ideal for use as measuring instruments for monitoring filters, compressors, and pumps. You can use DELTA-transformer differential pressure sensors wherever you need on-site display of differential pressure as well as signal transmission. An electrical angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer axis. Since this is a non-contact sensor, there is no need to worry about wear or friction. This means that the electrical output signal (for example 4...20 mA) is displayed proportionally to the pressure, and the signal acts as if it were transmitted to the control room. In addition to that, electrical zero points are automatically adjusted. Sometimes in these applications, the current working pressure is involved along with the differential pressure display. The reason is that the working pressure display is unified with the DELTA-Trans differential pressure sensor as standard. Two easy-to-read mechanical displays can read operating pressure and differential pressure simultaneously without the need for power supply. Furthermore, since the measuring section and sealing section can be omitted, the cost of piping installation work can be reduced. The durable aluminum case and shatterproof window ensure long-term use even in harsh environments. There is no danger from the instrument itself and it is resistant to external mechanical shock. This is a differential pressure sensor with a new and functional design.
