About This Product

■Product description

WIKA's combination of diaphragm seals, pressure measuring devices and monitoring devices is ideal for demanding sanitary measuring tasks. The system of diaphragm seals can withstand the temperatures of the cleaning steam generated in the SIP process and provides a sterile connection between the measuring medium and the diaphragm seal. Patented diaphragm monitoring is specifically designed to meet the highest safety requirements in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Diaphragm monitoring eliminates the risk of diaphragm breakage, as any danger is immediately displayed on the monitoring equipment. Additionally, electrical signals are sent to the system control. In the event of a diaphragm rupture, the second diaphragm of the pressure measuring device ensures a reliable separation of environment and process. The diaphragm seal is attached to the measuring instrument by direct attachment as standard. A fill fluid inside the system, specifically selected to suit the specific application, hydraulically transmits the pressure to the pressure measuring device. Clamp connection diaphragm seals have been specially developed for use in aseptic processes. It is integrated into the process using clamps. This ensures the integration of sanitary processes into the diaphragm monitoring system. DMS-FP is protected by granted patent DE 19949831 and is the subject of several pending patents. US 2018180505, DE 102016015447, CN 108240885
