About This Product

■SummaryThe piezoelectric parts feeder uses a piezoelectric element made of fine ceramics whose main components are lead titanate and lead zirconate as its driving source. This is an innovative parts feeder that uses direct drive to vibrate and transport using the Piezo Effect, which creates strain when voltage is applied. This vibrator is suitable for a wide range of applications, and various bowls can be mounted in any position with center lock or outer lock. Installation of non-standard bowls is also possible by machining the mounting holes in the top plate. The drive unit has no coils or iron cores, is electrically and mechanically very simple, and has excellent durability.

■No need for spring adjustmentThere is no need to adjust the resonant spring when assembling it, or change the 50 and 60 Hz zones, and it does not change over time, making it easy to operate optimally by setting the frequency on the controller.

■Wide conveying speed rangeConveying speed can be varied over a wide range by voltage control.

■Stable transportStable vibration can be obtained without being affected by usage environment or power fluctuations.

■No magnetic influence on the workpieceTooling is easy for small items and magnetic workpieces as there is no magnetic influence from the drive unit.

■Ideal for transporting small and thin itemsDue to the direct drive of the spring, the effective component of vibration is large, and small and thin objects are transported without jumping.
