By installing water level sensors and temperature sensors in rice fields, it is possible to take measures according to rice cultivation conditions. ■Various monitoring sensors
・WBGT: Detects the risk of heatstroke due to abnormal summer weather. It calculates WBGT based on the information inside the black sphere and warns you if it is dangerous.
・PM2.5: Can be measured by attaching a sensor that can measure PM2.5 to OKIPPA Green.
・CO2: Can be measured by attaching a CO2 sensor to OKIPPA Green.
・Soil moisture: Can be measured by attaching a soil moisture sensor to OKIPPA Green.
・Pest damage: It is also possible to detect when an animal is captured in a trap to prevent pest damage.
■System operation using LPWA (SIGFOX)
The information acquired by OKIPPA Green is stored on our own web server in Japan using LPWA (SIGFOX), which has very low operating costs. Users can also use this information to set alarm notifications in the event of an emergency. LPWA consumes less power and has a longer battery life, which means less maintenance and lower operating costs.
