About This Product

■Water x Air: Toward an era of imagining together with the EarthThe i-14000X series takes its unique compression mechanism "Z Screw" to the maximum and achieves a maximum of 7% increase in air volume. The compressor has been revised and a highly efficient permanent magnet (IPM) motor has been adopted to achieve both high efficiency and energy savings. The SUS rotor and class zero provide even higher quality air.

■The largest amount of air discharged in its class・Optimization of the ideal compression shape (Z screw) using the latest processing technology and analysis
・The largest air volume in the oil-free class
・A wide range of pressure settings is possible from standard 0.50 to 0.93MPa (optional for pressure below 0.50MPa)

■Ultimate air band・Achieving the ultimate precision of the compression mechanism by leveraging the know-how of a machine tool manufacturer
・Uses SUS rotor to realize ultra-precision machining and complex shape machining
・High efficiency, high performance air end with high durability and wear resistance

■Instant start system adopted・In addition to AUCS (auto unloader control system), added instant start system (starts at residual pressure 0.50MPa)
・Significant reduction in idle time through improved tracking of terminal pressure, automatic start/stop operation, number-of-units control operation, etc. (Idle time reduced by 50-66%)

■Global warming response・Enables operation without abnormal stop even at ambient temperature of 50℃
・Abnormality alarm when ambient temperature is 45℃ or higher (displayed as intake air temperature alarm)
*If the product is continuously operated in an environment where the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, the life of O-rings, electrical components, etc. will be shorter than normal.
