■Determine the optimal rotation speed of the ECQ motor
Simple software to individually define and adjust optimal speed settings. Ziehl-Abegg's ECQ motors are high-efficiency electronically commutated motors (EC) with integrated controllers. With the ECQ motor, the air movement can be adjusted and set in three stages. ECQ Configurator is a tool for this developed by Ziehl Abegg.
■Functions and features
・Individual adjustment of the ECQ speed stages for optimal and energy-efficient operation of the cooling system.
-Three rotation speed stages can be freely programmed via the PC's USB port.
・An adapter can be used for communication with the ECQ motor. This adapter establishes a connection via the USB port of your computer (PC/Mac). The required driver files are included in the download package.
-Using the software, the correct volumetric flow rate can be determined and set for the new series design and utilized using Ziehl-Abegg pre-programmed values.
-This provides an option to easily retrofit existing equipment into new energy-saving equipment, especially in the retrofit area.
