Permanent magnet excited gearless drive for drive sheave rope elevators. With its compact design, ZAtop is ideal for lifts with and without machine rooms. Type-approved brakes can be installed as elements of the safety system against overspeeding of the elevator during ascent and as part of the safety system against unintentional movements of the elevator. ZAtop series drives have high energy efficiency and low noise operating characteristics.
