About This Product

■Summary

Due to their simple design, AC motors provide a durable and cost-effective solution for small ventilation systems in clean rooms. By controlling with an inverter, energy efficiency at partial loads can be significantly improved. Ziehl-Abegg outer rotor motors ideally combine the advantages of a compact, space-saving design with the proven drive concept of wear-free cage motors or high-efficiency EC motors. Combined with associated integrated or external inverters or EC controllers, we offer customized and innovative motor solutions for a wide range of applications.

・Asynchronous outer rotor motor - The product portfolio includes nine sizes with power outputs from 0.1 to 7kW and two construction types for flange or axle fixation. ・Input voltage: 1 phase is 230V 50Hz, 3 phase is 230V/400V D/Y 50Hz, please contact us for special voltage and 60Hz solutions ・Protection grade IP44, IP54

・Compact space-saving structure type with outer rotor design ・Proven drive concept of wear-free squirrel cage motor ・100% speed control with frequency inverter (recommended: ZA Fcontrol)

■Explosion-proof version

・You can choose from 3 sizes. (MK085, MK106, MK137) ・Performance options (size): 390-580W (MK085), 280-920W (MK106), 150-2,100W (MK137) ・Black (RAL 9005) Antistatic surface finish with powder coating ・Temperature class T3/T4 ・Equipment Group IIC ・EPL: Gb/Gc ・Zone 1/2 ・Motor ignition protection type: Ex eb ・Suitable ambient temperature: -20 to 40/60°C ・Certificate: ATEX, IECEx
