About This Product
■Adhesive-free electrical insulation material
Namuri® is a high-performance electrical insulation material made by directly bonding plastic films such as PPS films and polyimide films and highly heat-resistant aramid paper without using adhesives using our proprietary lamination technology. Since Namuri® is adhesive-free, it has excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and thermal conductivity required by motors for EV and HEV vehicles. Additionally, the manufacturing process does not emit volatile organic compounds (VOCs), contributing to a reduction in global environmental impact.
■Features of Namli®
- Since no adhesive is used, there is no deterioration in properties caused by adhesives, and the excellent properties of heat-resistant film and aramid paper are utilized, and it is thin and has excellent thermal conductivity.
・Since aramid paper is used on both sides, it has excellent varnish impregnation properties.
- Manufactured using a dry process that does not use adhesives or solvents, and does not emit volatile organic compounds (VOC) during the manufacturing process.
- Achieves smaller, lighter, and more reliable motors.

- Highly heat-resistant laminated insulation material that uses polyimide film as the intermediate layer.
