About This Product

■Backup tape (carrier tape)A removable PET film-based backup tape that uses a slightly adhesive acrylic adhesive. This tape is suitable for use as a carrier film (backing material) for CCL for COF and for masking because it is removable under high temperature atmospheres (approximately 150℃) and does not leave adhesive residue on adherends.
Of course, it can also be used as a carrier tape for FPC.

■Backup tape “H-type”Suitable for heating process applications that suppress the increase in adhesive strength after heat treatment

■Backup tape “S-type”Suitable for applications that require relatively high adhesion and adhesion at room temperature.

■Backup tape “HE-type”Environmentally friendly type that uses recycled PET film as the base material

■Backup tape configuration example Configuration example・Layer name (base film), type (PET), typical thickness (50µm)
・Layer name (adhesive), type (acrylic slight adhesive), typical thickness (8µm)
・Layer name (protective film), type (PET), typical thickness (25µm)
