About This Product
■Backup tape (carrier tape)
A removable PET film-based backup tape that uses a slightly adhesive acrylic adhesive. This tape is suitable for use as a carrier film (backing material) for CCL for COF and for masking because it is removable under high temperature atmospheres (approximately 150℃) and does not leave adhesive residue on adherends.
Of course, it can also be used as a carrier tape for FPC.
■Backup tape “H-type”
Suitable for heating process applications that suppress the increase in adhesive strength after heat treatment
■Backup tape “S-type”
Suitable for applications that require relatively high adhesion and adhesion at room temperature.
■Backup tape “HE-type”
Environmentally friendly type that uses recycled PET film as the base material
