About This Product

■Isotop

Getzner's spring/damper elements Isotop are primarily used as elastic supports for low-frequency equipment such as HVAC installations, cogeneration plants, refrigeration systems, cooling towers, air conditioners, ventilators, pumps, etc. Depending on the calculated load, the natural frequency (resonant frequency) can be adjusted down to 3.0 Hz to effectively damp vibrations.

・Ideal for use in low frequency equipment ・Natural frequency can be adjusted up to 3.0Hz ・Supports maximum load in small area ・Excellent material properties due to the combination of Sylomer® or Sylodyn® and steel springs

■Isotop® SD

Isotop® SD steel spring vibration isolators are primarily used to isolate vibration sources such as air conditioners, fans, air handling systems, compressors, emergency power supplies, or pumps. Furthermore, it is used for vibration isolation of vibrating objects such as precision electronic equipment, measuring equipment, scales, and testing equipment that are sensitive to vibration. Steel spring vibration isolators help provide vibration protection for all types of machinery.

・Standard steel spring isolator, electrogalvanized or KTL coated ・Vibration isolation of equipment ・Protection of precision equipment susceptible to vibration by vibration isolation of vibrated objects ・Natural frequency approximately 3Hz ・Compliant with DIN EN 10270-1: 2012 and DIN EN 13906-1: 2013

■Features

・Compatibility Unified overall height, diameter, and connection screws ・Open structure: vibration source and foundation are connected only by springs ・Spring member swings freely in the horizontal plane ・Since the spring is visible from the outside, inspection is possible without removing the device. ・The amount of spring deflection can be visually checked under load. - Accessories, foot plates, height adjusters, etc. are versatile and can be used for all types.
