About This Product

■Isotop

Getzner's spring/damper elements Isotop are primarily used as elastic supports for low-frequency equipment such as HVAC installations, cogeneration plants, refrigeration systems, cooling towers, air conditioners, ventilators, pumps, etc. Depending on the calculated load, the natural frequency (resonant frequency) can be adjusted down to 3.0 Hz to effectively damp vibrations.

・Ideal for use in low frequency equipment ・Natural frequency can be adjusted up to 3.0Hz ・Supports maximum load in small area ・Excellent material properties due to the combination of Sylomer® or Sylodyn® and steel springs

■Isotop® DZE Railway, DZE Railway Mini

Getzner developed Isotop® DZE Railway to protect the passenger compartment of modern railway vehicles from vibrations caused by "over the roof" or "under floor" air conditioning and other units.

■Advantages compared to conventional rubber metal products:

・Improved insulation effect ・12 dB difference at the same vibration level ・Material does not harden or weaken ・Long service life ・Sedimentation behavior ・Individually adjustable

■Product characteristics

Isotop® DZE Railway effectively reduces noise and has the following properties: ・Housing and shaft made entirely from reinforced stainless steel ・Hard to break ・Longer service life compared to other materials (e.g. rubber/metal) ・"Made in Germany"

■Thomas Gamsjäger said.

"Vibration isolation materials for heating, cooling, and air conditioning equipment can guarantee a soundproofing effect that is up to 12 dB higher than when using rubber metal products."
