About This Product

■Sylomer®

Sylomer® has a reputation as an excellent material in the field of vibration and noise control. It is possible to reduce vibration and noise generated in railway sections, and to significantly reduce maintenance costs. Even living spaces that suffer from vibrations can be transformed into comfortable spaces by using Sylomer®. Sylomer® is available in 10 different types as standard products. Special order Sylomer® FR (flame retardant) is also available. We can also respond to special needs by adjusting material properties.

・Combination of spring and damper characteristics ・Multi-functional polyurethane material with excellent elasticity ・Mixed cell type pore structure

■Ballast mat

By introducing Getzner's ballast mat, the elasticity of the track is significantly improved. Effectively reduces vibration and solid-borne sound and protects ballast. Additionally, ballast mats are easy to handle, quick to install, and will not be damaged by heavy construction equipment. The special construction method has been proven to be highly effective even when added to existing tracks. Getzner's ballast mats are used at railway sites around the world due to their excellent economy and performance. It has been installed in high-speed sections, main lines, and double-track sections, and has a track record of over 3 million square meters of installed area in the railway field worldwide.
