About This Product

■Sylomer®

Sylomer® has a reputation as an excellent material in the field of vibration and noise control. It is possible to reduce vibration and noise generated in railway sections, and to significantly reduce maintenance costs. Even living spaces that suffer from vibrations can be transformed into comfortable spaces by using Sylomer®. Sylomer® is available in 10 different types as standard products. Special order Sylomer® FR (flame retardant) is also available. We can also respond to special needs by adjusting material properties.

■Mass spring system

Getzner mass spring systems protect residents near railway lines from noise and vibration. This system is used where vibration protection is most needed. Getzner offers three types of mounts for mass spring systems. There are three types: point support, strip support, and full support. The decision on which type to adopt will be based on budget and technical conditions. It is clearly effective in reducing vibration and noise levels. The minimum natural frequency measured on short/long distance sections where mass spring systems have already been installed is 5 Hz. Getzner mass spring systems are used in high-speed trains and various main lines in more than 40 cities around the world.
