About This Product
Cube Lock is a jig for supporting ceiling piping.
■Types of cube blocks
・Cublock (S-1)…For resin pipes (pod pipes, heat-retaining pipes)
・Cublock (W-II)…For paired sheath pipes, oval sheath pipes
Cube block specifications
■Type of support piping
Water/hot water supply pipes, reheating pipes, gas pipes, electrical conduit pipes, etc.
■Size of support piping
・S-I: Compatible with sheath tubes (φ22) ~ (φ28), heat insulation tubes (φ24) ~ (φ33)
・W-Ⅱ: Compatible with pair sheath tubes (51Xφ25) ~ (56Xφ28), compatible with elliptical sheath tubes (36X24) ~ (40X27)
■Number of support piping
・S-I: Single tube, compatible with 1 to 2 tubes
・W-Ⅱ: Compatible with one paired sheath and tube, one oval sheath and tube
■How to fix piping
Fixed by dedicated Insulok CV300 (L=300mm, W=7.6mm)
*In the case of S-I, insert the Insulock on the long side when fixing one piece, and on the short side when fixing two or more pieces.
*For W-II, insert the Insulock on the short side for paired sheaths and the long side for oval sheaths.
■How to connect to the cube block frame
- When connecting to the frame using a special rail (L=900), in this case, tighten the cube block with the special resin bolt and fix it to the rail.
- When directly attaching using an anchor driven into concrete, in this case, fix the cube block (with the resin bolt removed) with a commercially available steel bolt (3/8 inch).
■Other usage methods
When using a special rail, you can fit a hexagonal nut into the groove on the cube block's body side and attach a hanging bolt (sliced bolt) to use it for hanging ventilation fans, ducts, etc.
■Saddle B (HC-103)
Small - simple support. Fixed by special Insulok CV200 (L=203mm, W=4.6mm). A double-sided adhesive sheet is attached to the back of saddle B for temporary fixing.
