■What is Flute Roller CE?
Conveyance roll used for counter ejector
This is a urethane roll for transportation used in the unit (counter ejector part) that counts the number of boxes and bundles them into batches, which is connected after the gluer of a corrugated box making machine (flexo folder gluer). It is characterized by extremely excellent durability, which is more than 5 times as long as conventional sponge rolls, and high cost performance.
■Are you still using sponge rolls?
The sponge rolls normally used for counter ejectors have the following issues.
・Concern about foreign matter contamination: With conventional products, the sponge deteriorates and loses its shape, resulting in sponge residue entering the product.
・Replacement work once a year: The service life of the sponge roll is approximately 1 year. Because more than 100 rolls are replaced at a time, work is required every year during holidays.
