About This Product
■What is a moisture meter?
A moisture meter is a device for measuring the moisture content of cardboard and paper. Measuring moisture content is an effective measure to prevent the problem of cracked cardboard lines. A moisture content of 40% to 65% is recommended to produce good folds.
■Features/Applications
・Moisture management during storage of high-quality paper, kraft paper, paperboard, waste paper, etc.
・Moisture measurement of various paper products and semi-finished products such as cardboard, paper bags, folding containers, and interior paper
・MC (MositureContent) mode allows you to compare the moisture content of any object. By switching the measurement mode on the main unit, the dryness and wetness of the object to be measured is displayed as a numerical value (unitless) from 1 to 100, allowing for quick and easy checking.
Two types of probes (push type and plug-in type) are available: If you remove the small push-type SB electrode, you can measure with the small plug-in type 2-needle electrode.
