About This Product

■Durable metal strip tape that can be applied directly to wooden molds

It is a metal strip tape that is durable enough to be applied directly to wooden molds, and can also be used for corrugated rotary type strips. We have a variety of thicknesses and widths that can accommodate various unevenness levels. Please use metal scissors to cut. (Fit tape can be cut by folding it)

■Three features

・Muratori can be done without a mount ・A variety of thicknesses and widths are available, allowing for delicate muratori. ・You can directly apply unevenness to the back side of the wooden pattern.

■Material is SUS304-CSP-H (0.10mm width is hardened SK material)

This type of stainless steel is very hard (over 370HV) and can be used for long-run jobs.

■Adopts acrylate adhesive

Even if the temperature inside the machine increases, the adhesive strength is not easily affected, so there is no need to worry about the tape slipping while the machine is in operation. In addition, the adhesive is applied all over the surface, leaving no residue on the edges, resulting in a stable and uniform bond. The thickness of the adhesive is 0.05mm.

■Package is made of recyclable cardboard

The packaging uses cardboard, which is easier to recycle than plastic packaging, and the amount of tape remaining is visible.
