Measurement of tablet hardness after tableting.
■Product overview
A load cell is used as the pressure sensor for hardness measurement, and the measured values are displayed on the touch panel, allowing you to check the measurement history. Tablet destruction is performed automatically at high speed using a servo motor, allowing for quick measurements.
■Features
- The measurement start position of the tablet breaking tip can be changed according to the corresponding tablet diameter, reducing measurement time.
- The tablet breaking tip can be retracted up to 50 mm, making cleaning easier.
-You can check the history of measurement results on the touch panel. It is also possible to print out the measurement data.
・Accommodates up to a maximum tablet diameter of φ25 as standard.
・A guide unit can be attached to the tablet holder as an option. This allows you to easily align the center of the tablet with the tip of the tablet breaking part, and also allows you to quickly recover the broken tablet and perform the next measurement.
■Others
We can perform periodic calibration and issue a calibration certificate upon request.
