About This Product

Roll press [prototype equipment for power storage devices]

■3 types of pressurization methods. Our factory is permanently equipped with an air-hydro roll press with a maximum pressurization capacity of 10 tons.

``Roll press'' is used by a coater to compress the mixture applied to the base material to increase its density. This product has standardized pressure forces ranging from 1 ton to 50 ton. There are three types of pressurization methods depending on the pressurizing force: mechanical type, air-hydro type, and hydraulic type. We also have a small air-hydro heating roll press "R-THCH1516" that is designed to be used even when a 200V power supply is not available at the installation location.
