About This Product
CPS253AL/BL is a digital output photo IC that integrates a photodiode, amplifier circuit, Schmitt trigger circuit, and output transistor on one chip. Even over a wide operating power supply voltage range, sensitivity fluctuations due to power supply are small.
The output format is open collector; CPS253AL has a high level when receiving optical input, and CPS253BL has a low level when receiving optical input. The package is a small 4-pin surface mount type. We also have products shipped as chips (CPS253AZ/BZ) in our lineup.
