About This Product

■Summary SBLM720 is a driver that enables speed control, positioning control (pulse input option), and torque control (option) for brushless DC motors at low cost. Speed ​​feedback is provided by a pole sensor. Pulse input positioning control is also possible by attaching an encoder input (optional). Forward/reverse rotation can be selected with the rotation direction switch. When using voltage doubler rectification with a single power supply, the power supply will be dedicated to AC power. The power supply voltage range is AC85V to 132V (When not using the voltage doubler, AC200V power can be input.) Since voltage doubler rectification is used, the motor voltage can be used up to DC180V. (Optionally, voltage doubler rectification can be stopped and normal voltage can be controlled. Also, it is compatible with DC power supply (maximum DC280V).) The motor speed can be varied externally by inputting a 0 to +5V command. Additionally, a motor brake circuit and regeneration absorption circuit can be added as options. Features ■Single function Compatible with speed control, positioning control, and torque control (speed control is standard. Other options) ■Lightweight, compact, low cost This product is equipped with a complete protection circuit as a driver, and is a product that thoroughly pursues cost. ■Single power supply It has a wide power input range of AC85V to 132V, allowing you to input the optimal power according to the motor rated voltage. (AC200V power supply and DC200V power supply are available as options.) ■Insulation The main power supply and control power supply or I/O power supply/encoder power supply are isolated, making it resistant to noise. ■Overcurrent protection The output current is detected by the IPM protection circuit and CPU, so you can rest assured. ■Current control loop The motor's output current is detected and a current control loop is installed, allowing stable speed control. ■Others ・Overheat protection ・Output short circuit protection ・Low voltage detection malfunction prevention ・Overvoltage protection ■Applications Polishers, compressors, pumps, ventilation fans, agitators, etc.
