About This Product

Four advantages of elastomers that are ideal for support fittings

■ Can be used at 98℃ at all times

The elastomer we use has a embrittlement temperature of -60℃ and a softening temperature of 148℃ according to the manufacturer's values. Tested continuously for 8 months at 98℃ using in-house testing equipment, no abnormalities or changes were found.

■Chlorine content 0%

■Excellent insulation effect

Manufacturer values ​​of ``tear strength 103k N/m'' and ``tensile strength 27.8MPa'' are extremely strong for insulating resin for pipe support fittings, so even if the band is opened and closed repeatedly due to shock, the coating will tear and the insulation effect will be lost. possibility is greatly reduced.

■Does not cause deterioration of resin pipes

The elastomer does not contain plasticizers that cause deterioration of resin pipes such as polyethylene pipes and PVC pipes. Up until now, uncoated support fittings have often been used for resin pipes, causing concerns about scratches at the parts that come into contact with the resin pipe, but with Flat Band, the elastomer coating flexibly protects the resin pipe.

■A nut holder will be included from June 2022, making it even easier to use.

■ ``Nut holder'' improves work efficiency

Since the nut is pre-fitted into the nut holder, it is now possible to easily tighten the bolt with one hand. Since nuts do not fall, work efficiency is improved. This product is a set of hanging band and nut holder. *Please note that nut holders are not included for all piping sizes 125 and 150.
