About This Product

■Features

The valve body is made of stainless steel, and the inside of the body is a valve body and a rubber seat. The valve body is made of stainless steel, so it is corrosion resistant and SCS13 (standard). Please use the rubber sheet according to NBR EPDM fluid. There is no direction of fluid flow, and there are no protrusions on the valve body surface to prevent slurry from getting caught. Also, since the valve body is a center type, fluid resistance is reduced. The rubber sheet acts as a piping gasket, so no packing is required. Regarding the lever gear, the standard is lacquer primer coating, but various platings are available as options. It is suitable for production lines and food factories where corrosion and rust on the outside of the main body are averse. Designed specifically for slurry fluids, we have eliminated protrusions (snags) and made the flow area as large as possible. There is no wear and corrosion caused by fluids, and it can withstand long-term use. Desk SUS304 has sufficient strength against fluid pressure and is suitable for controlling solid particles, etc. There are some changes in production.
