About This Product

■Summary

YSK's high-frequency heat treatment technology has successfully refined the shaft surface structure. This microstructure has resulted in the creation of the GR Shaft, a grain-refined shaft with 1.4 times the rotational bending strength and 10 times the wear resistance of conventional shafts. We have made the shafts for press machines and rolling rollers more compact and lightweight, solving problems such as wanting to make the shaft stronger and extending its life.

・Rotational bending strength 1.4 times ・10 times more wear resistance ・Reduce unit, motor, and power costs by increasing strength ・Ecology by making the device more compact ・Depending on the specifications, the diameter can be reduced from φ100 to φ90, and the weight can be reduced by approximately 20%. ・By refining the surface crystals using YSK's high-frequency heat treatment technology, we succeeded in increasing the strength of the product without relying on the addition of alloying elements.
