AISIA-AD is an exterior inspection system that uses the latest AI image recognition technology. This is an AI software package that automatically detects abnormalities such as scratches, dents, and foreign substances using Azure Machine Learning developed by Microsoft.
At the site of manufacturing and warehouses, visual inspection is performed based on the experience and skills of skilled inspectors. AISIA-AD creates AI models by learning such experiences and techniques with AI, reproducing skilled inspectors' skills. By combining with equipment such as inspection machines, cameras, and lighting, we support the savings of visual inspection and improvement of test accuracy.
■ Application of the best AI model
Generally, package -type AI exterior inspection software is limited to the AI model (inference / judgment method) used. In the appearance test, the target work and the environment of the inspection location are all different. In order to fix these different conditions in detail, AISIA-AD consolidates AI models and devices that match the AI models that meet the AI exterior inspection system that meets the unique conditions of the customer.

3. Development
