A highly adhesive lubricant wax made of molybdenum disulfide and graphite hardened with paraffin, etc. We offer a variety of specially developed solid lubricant waxes for different applications. This results in a reduction in labor and costs.
■Wax exclusively for aluminum extrusion process
In the aluminum extrusion process, strong pressure is applied to the high-temperature aluminum material (billet) using an extrusion press, and the material is extruded through the holes of a mold (die). At that time, a special wax is applied to the high-temperature end face of the pusher to prevent aluminum from sticking during extrusion. This is a highly removable wax made of graphite hardened with paraffin.
