A highly adhesive lubricant wax made of molybdenum disulfide and graphite hardened with paraffin, etc. We offer a variety of specially developed solid lubricant waxes for different applications. This results in a reduction in labor and costs.
■Lubricant wax with excellent heat resistance
This wax is used to prevent wear of wheel flanges exposed to high temperatures, such as those used in ladle cranes at steel plants. Since it forms a dry film, it prevents dust from adhering to it, which prevents machine breakdowns.
It has excellent heat resistance because molybdenum disulfide and graphite are baked and hardened with clay. This is extremely effective for cranes that have until now been operated without lubrication on the wheel flanges and rail sides.
