■Easy vibration measurement for anyone, anytime

Have you previously outsourced the vibration measurement of your manufacturing equipment to a specialized company? As a result, wasn't it expensive and took a long time to get the vibration analysis results? The smart vibration sensor "M-A750FB" allows you to easily measure vibrations in-house without having to ask a specialist. Furthermore, by using the dedicated Viewer software, field personnel can check the results on the spot themselves.

■Uses a crystal sensor that is strong in measuring low-frequency vibrations

Adopts Epson's original crystal acceleration sensor element. Acceleration is detected by frequency changes in the crystal sensor element. Suitable for "low frequency vibration measurement" of buildings, ground, etc.

■Small and lightweight, easy to carry

The smart vibration sensor "M-A750FB" is small and lightweight, and fits in the palm of your hand, making it easy to carry.

■Wireless connection allows measurement even in remote locations

Wireless communication via Bluetooth® is possible. Even in areas that are difficult to access, the M-A750FB can be installed to acquire and analyze measurement data on a remote computer.

■Vibration can be easily measured.

The smart vibration sensor can be easily measured by itself (*1). No complicated wiring or settings are required. ・Measurement/save of acceleration ・Measure/save tilt ・Reading of allowable vibration standards (VC-A to VC-G)

■Dedicated software can be downloaded free of charge

Dedicated software for Windows® is available for free download. Measurement results can be displayed in real time on a PC. ・Acceleration measurement ・Tilt measurement ・1/3 octave band analysis + tripartite graph display ・Vibration tolerance standard (VC curve) display (VC-A to VC-G)

■Vibration tolerance standard (VC curve) display

Using dedicated software (free downloadable), it is possible to display/check the vibration tolerance criteria (VC curve) using a 1/3 octave band velocity spectrum. (VC-A to VC-G)

■Calibration possible

The smart vibration sensor "M-A750FB" can be calibrated for acceleration. If calibration of measuring instruments is required as a requirement of the quality management system at the manufacturing site, we can perform the calibration. Please contact us separately regarding proofreading content, period, and fees.
