About This Product

This scope is suitable for visual observation and inspection of the first outer row of BGA packages. Using a BGA observation prism. You can observe the solder connection between the BGA ball and the board on a computer monitor screen. Since it can be observed at 110 times the size (on a 20-inch monitor), even small diameter BGA balls and CSP can be observed. By using the included QFP observation prism, you can magnify the solder joints between the QFP package leads and the board on the monitor screen. It allows you to observe from an angle like a pen, so you can observe not only QFP leads but also the sides of capacitors and through holes.

・Check the bonding status between the board and BGA ball ・Confirmation of deformation of BGA ball ・Checking mounting position deviation ・Confirm bridge between BGA balls ・Surface observation of BGA ball ・Check for flux remaining ・Confirmation of bonding between BGA package and BGA ball ・Confirmation of finish after rework ・Quality confirmation of prototype before mass production implementation ・Check the fillet condition of BGA balls in the BGA package, mounting misalignment, and bridges (combined with backlight system) ・Joining status of QFP lead ・Check for bending of QFO lead ・Connection confirmation of mounted components such as capacitors ・Side inspection of through holes
