About This Product

Panel Reimasu-kun" is a heat-radiating silicone sheet that absorbs heat from heat sources and radiates it efficiently, thereby suppressing temperature rises in control panels and electronic boards. Unlike conventional heat countermeasure products, it is a clean, environmentally friendly heat countermeasure item that does not require running costs, contributing to CO2 reduction and extending the life of electronic boards.

■Features

- Just by pasting it on the control panel, you can suppress the temperature rise and bring it closer to the outside temperature (temperature inside the factory). ・Since a cooler for the control panel is not required, it prevents foreign substances such as metal, dust, dust, and oil mist from entering from the outside, improving the conventional usage environment and realizing energy savings and a longer life. ・By attaching directly to the heating element of an electronic board where a heat sink cannot be used, the temperature of the heating element can be lowered and the life of the electronic component can be extended.

Heat-radiating silicone sheet applied to control panels ``Kan-ban-himasu-kun'' is a new silicone sheet that combines heat conduction and heat radiation. The surface to which the heat radiating silicone sheet is pasted promotes the absorption and release of radiant heat due to its high emissivity. As a result, by combining the installation surfaces, it is possible to efficiently suppress temperature rises in high-temperature areas such as inside control panels and circuit boards.

■Application to control panels

It efficiently absorbs radiant heat from the heat source, quickly conducts the heat to the outside, and efficiently radiates heat from the heat radiation layer to suppress the temperature rise inside the case.

■Application to electronic substrates

Heat from the electronic board is quickly transferred to the aluminum layer, and heat is efficiently radiated from the heat radiation layer, suppressing temperature rise.

■Handling precautions

・Please use in a temperature environment below 100℃. -Depending on the conditions, there is a possibility that the product will not be effective, so we recommend that you perform actual machine tests and simulations in advance. ・Remove as much dust and dirt as possible from the area where the sticker will be pasted, and avoid trapping air as much as possible before pasting. ・Do not block the fan or ventilation holes with this sheet.
