About This Product

■ Overview

The general-purpose control panel MTCP series is equipped with a power supply circuit, PLC circuit, and safety circuit, and can be used simply by adding the functions (circuits) required by the customer. The PLC is equipped with various communication units and remote communication units, and is fully expandable. By using a safety controller, a variety of safety circuits can be configured, and it is also easy to comply with overseas standards. By using the general-purpose control panel MTCP series, there is no need to design a control panel from scratch, making it possible to shorten design time and reduce costs.

1. Design costs can be reduced compared to designing a control panel from scratch. 2. Since the basic circuit is ready, production time can be shortened. 3. You can rest assured that our standard circuit configuration has a proven track record. 4. When creating multiple control panels, the parts inside the panel can be shared, reducing the number of spare parts. 5. Since the basic circuit is the same, it is advantageous for maintenance.

For the MTCP series, customers can specify or select panel size, paint color, wire type (domestic/overseas standards), wire color, etc.

Our general-purpose control panel lineup includes the following three types, depending on the scale of your facility. ・MTCP-L series for large-scale equipment ・For small and medium-sized equipment (no expansion space) MTCP-MS series ・For small and medium-sized equipment (expansion space available) MTCP-MI series

■MTCP-L series for large-scale equipment

This series uses a combination of a distribution board and a general-purpose control panel, making it possible to construct large-scale facilities with a power supply exceeding 100A. By introducing a safety PLC to the safety circuit, It is now possible to accommodate large-scale facilities.
